Shipping Zones

We ship to the Iberian Peninsula, both in Spain and Portugal, excluding the islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, and other islands of Portugal, France, and Italy). Currently, we cannot process orders destined for these locations due to logistical restrictions. We hope to reach these areas soon!

Shipping Process

All orders are managed through our logistics partner SEUR, known for its reliability and fast deliveries. Once you confirm your order and complete the payment, we will send you an email with the confirmation and shipping details. SEUR will provide you with a tracking number so you can see in real-time how your package is on its way to you.

Delivery Times

Spain (Peninsula): The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the confirmation of the order. Portugal (Peninsula): The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. International Shipping: Delivery times for shipments outside of Spain vary depending on the destination and type of product. We will specify them during the purchase process.

During high-demand periods like Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other festive dates, delivery times may be slightly extended. We kindly ask for your understanding in these situations. Spain (Peninsula): €3.99
Balearic Islands: €7.99
Europe (excluding the mentioned islands): €15.99
Headboards:
Spain (Peninsula): €15.99
Europe (excluding the mentioned islands): €29.99

Important Notes:

Free Shipping in Spain (Peninsula): If your order exceeds €50, shipping is free within Spain (Peninsula), as long as it does not include headboards. General Condition: If your cart includes a headboard, the shipping cost corresponding to the headboard will apply, regardless of the total amount of the order. The rates will be displayed before finalizing the purchase so there are no surprises. If you have any questions about shipping costs, we're here to help!

Returns and Claims Policy

At Dacrafters, we are committed to ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes inconveniences may occur. If upon receiving your order you detect that the product has arrived damaged, defective, or with any other problem, please follow these steps:

  • Access our help page at dacrafters.com/help. Follow the provided instructions to initiate a claim process.
  • Provide all required details, including photos of the damage or defect.
  • Important: If your order arrives with any visible damage, you have a period of 7 calendar days from the day of delivery to notify us. It is essential that you check the condition of the product as soon as you receive the package.

In case of damage, we need you to send us the following images:

  • Visible damage on the product.
  • Outer packaging.
  • Inner packaging (to show how the product was protected).
  • Shipping label.

After these 7 days, Dacrafters will not be responsible for any damage or defect that has not been notified within the established period.
